In ShortThis vast restaurant and bar, filled with dark wood, TVs, alt rock and Irish staffers, attracts the Phoenix Apertment's fresh-faced residents, along with patrons in button-downs or black leather pants. Just when you thought you could write off the Irish-theme pub fare, the meal arrives: ribbons of smoked salmon layered with light corn pancakes, foie gras and chicken pâté with raisin toast points.
