Rate and Write a Review The Blue Point Grill is the end product of owner Jack Morrison's love affair with fish. He opened a fish store on Princeton's Nassau Street in 1982, eventually getting into catering before finally opening his own restaurant. The menu is simple. Fish. Whatever's fresh comes pan-seared, grilled or sauteed, depending on the resistance of a particular swimmer's flesh. On any given day you might encounter Greek bronzino, Canadian lake trout, wild Copper River king salmon, New Zealand baramundi, Arctic char and perhaps seven varieties of oyster on the half-shell. There's usually a bouillabaisse and a seafood gumbo on the menu. The restaurant is simply appointed and the seating is comfortable but a little cramped. Come with at least a party of four and try to score a booth. -- T.K. Hoffman
