Just off of Rte. 70 in Marlton lies one of the best kept secrets in Mexican dining. The Mexican Food Factory, which from the outside looks like nothing special, offers one of the most extensive menus and unique atmospheres around. Step inside and you?ll be greeted by a staff that is friendly and outgoing, and dressed Mexican style. The roomy interior has both plush booths and wooden tables for patron?s dining pleasure. Outside there is a patio for dining in the summer months. Prices are moderate, and anyone who?s eaten here will tell you the trip is definitely worth it. Warm tortilla chips are served with spicy salsa, and entre portions are plentiful. One of the most popular menu items is the Enchilada de Camarone, which is a shrimp enchilada. If you?re in the mood for Mexican food and are looking for some place new to try, head on over to the Mexican Food Factory in Marlton. ?- Christy Barr

Simply The Best
By ArtistJomac on 07/10/2008
i never would have thought that a restaurant with the name "The Mexican Food Factory" could be so diverse in their menu. It should have been named "The Mexican Gourmet". The New Zealand mussels were spectacular. I had a shrimp quesadilla that was terrific. I'll be back.

Wish I could have a ...........
By Kaptainess on 06/20/2008
Wish I could have a lower rating to give this place. My friend and I went there not too long ago and the only thing that was enjoyable was the salsa and greasy chips. What did they do to this place? Did the management change? Did the cook go back home to Mexico? I don't know what - but its NOT the same. We have been going there for years, and this last trip was horrible. They served me a Budweiser that was stale, I took one sip and ------yuck --------- checked the born on date and it was July 2007 --- and I was there on May 2008!!! They could have comp me a free drink, but no. I had to drink a margarita with my meal. The food was not up to par either. I guess we'll go to Taco Bell for fresh Mexican?

Good food, try El Azteca
By babygirl071382 on 07/02/2007
I like the Mexican Food Factory and I don't mind paying 50 cents for the chips. The chimichangas are really good. However, if you want really good Mexican food and free chips, try El Azteca. There is one in Mt Laurel and in Philly. If you bring a bottle of tequila, they will make pitchers of margaritas for you and the prices are great! It is a fun place to hang out with friends...Just don't expect the decor of an expensive restaurant. I think the enchiladas are the best!
