Chung Sing prides itself on its fast service, which draws many local business people and students during their lunch break. The fare is traditional Chinese, with some of the favorites being hot-and-sour soup, won tons, egg rolls, crunchy noodle dishes loaded with chow mein and cashew chicken. The restaurant is a small, freestanding structure with shiny emerald-green tiled roof, plenty of windows and a parking lot large enough to accommodate quite a number of customers. The prices at Chung Sing are very inexpensive, with most dishes ranging from $3 - $6 and daily lunch specials also in the very economical category. All items are available for takeout, and delivery service is an option for local business professionals and area residents in Ardmore.
