Dance beneath the stars at this popular and sophisticated Latin-influenced nightclub. The Sky Lounge is where the ultra-hip come to show off their sizzling dance steps, whether the beat is salsa, merengue, 'Ritmo Latino' or two-step garage. The managers say they try to create a 'Miami dance scene' every night at the club. The music is delivered loud and lively via regular local DJs and by live bands. aggressive people, the bartender take the tips by himself, the lady in the ticket boot she doesn't even smile, the small town wannabe gangster crown have a stupid attitude, specially if you are white, any way is not a great place to take you out of the town friends... MYST for the same price is great, E4 as well...thanks
i always have fun
the only way i can have an absolute blast at Sky Lounge is when i am accompanied by my friends. Definetly not a place to go and meet people, everyone acts so shady and the majority of the people are rude. I do like the bartenders for the most part, its simple, you treat them good, they'll treat you even better. The drinks are fairly priced. The women are beautiful and can dance better and harder than ive seen at any other club.
Don't Waste your time.
Don't waste your time. Nothing but pushy, unfriendly youngsters who think they are the hip-hop representantive of Phoenix. Tremendously loud and distorted hip hop and reggaeton will have you getting really loaded quick, or running for the door. Thursdays are the unofficial Gay night, Sky refuses to support the gay community by advertising the event. Plus they fear a backlash from straight patrons. But they'll gladly take the gay dollar. If you hate second hand smoke you'll have to wait til May 2007 (When the ban goes in effect) because this place is incredibly smoke ridden. As a single guy you'll need to remember that this is a stand and pose kind of club. The ladies are here to get looked at, but forget friendly mingling. In fact, there's very few friendly people here.
