Springhill Suites-Peoria   

Try to call the hotel directly and ask a few questions. IMPOSSIBLE! I was very interested in this property, as it's close to family and I live 2000 miles away. I called at 10:15 AZ time and when Tyler answered the phone and heard I was looking to possibly reserve a room but needed more local info he slammed me to a reservation line that gave me a recording stating they were CLOSED! I looked on the net and found avail rooms but before booking I still had a few questions about the area so I called Tyler back. I thanked him for transfering me to their closed reservation's department. No apology...anyway, he quickly asked for the dates I needed...remember I had questions about the area not dates or availability because I already knew they had rooms, I answered his question and he quickly replied. "SOLD OUT!" I paused and replied, really.......??? You are wide open on the net sir...I told him I would notify the GM. Nice first impression##!! I think I will find another property. John
