Target is the new scrooge
I love Target but have decided not to shop there this holiday season. They will not let the Salvation Army stand in front of their stores. This is a policy they have for any solicitors--so they feel they must restrict the Salvation Army as well. They say that they donate to the community. This gives the community an opportunity to donate --not Target. I hope others will follow me. It is a mean spirited policy.
