The fish is flown in daily to this sophisticated dining room above a fish market. A desert luxury, the menu of fresh seafood changes daily, depending on what's biting. You may find ahi, snapper or salmon. The smoked fish, a specialty, is made in-house over alder and hickory.

Hard to find a reliably good seafood place on the west coast, especially AZ. But this one ranks high for being in the desert.
