Botanical Emporium   

What a beautiful store with a handy location. The store is booming with the usual and unusual blossoms. It's a great treat to visit. Everything from the indoors out is lush and beautiful. The quality is very good. Every arrangement I have ever gotten has been unique and lovely. Unfortunately, the service and reliability of Botanical Emporium detracts from the overall experience. I had two instances of problems with this store. The first came at the time of my wedding. I had made an appointment to meet with the designer, and after waiting for 30 min. with no explanation I left my phone # and explained I could not wait any longer. I never heard from them; needless to say, I went with someone else. Another occasion was recently for my birthday, my husband called and ordered an arrangement for my birthday. It was to be a surprise, which did not arrive on my birthday. The following day (a Saturday- I just happened to be in the office!) they called me to say they were delivering the flowers. So much for the surprise. While they were lovely, I wonder what they would have done I had I not just happened to be in the office on a Sat. It was totally unprofessional. The excuse given was that the delivery person couldn't find our building. The building is one of only two warehouses on the street...the only two buildings on the whole entire street! It's a shame, because the quality and freshness of the flowers and arrangements are top rate.
