The menu offers fried-fish sandwiches, crab cutlets, tuna burgers and sushi, plus chowders (including Manhattan and New England clam, shrimp bisque and Cajun) and cold selections such as Maine lobster rolls. While dining, scope out the fresh fish to take home for dinner, or the gourmet cooking products, placed near the door. During summer, the chef prepares fish on an outdoor grill.
