Why's Aspen such a popular spot? Skiing. You can challenge the mountains and ... naaah: Sitting by the fire in the ski lodge is what folks really wanna do. You don't have to travel to Aspen to enjoy that ski-lodge atmosphere anymore, now that Buckhead Saloon has arrived at Station Square. The gas fireplace roars on cold days, and you can either belly up to the bar or enjoy bottle service in private cabins away from the main action. Music's a big part of the Buckhead vibe. Bands are brought in from across the country, and DJs are on hand every evening to pump up the crowd with high-energy Top 40 music. (There's a minimal cover charge on Fridays and Saturdays after 9PM.) Hungry? Try a Buckhead Monster pizza with the works, an Italian beef sandwich, or a tomato-and-mozzarella salad from Buckhead's open-'til-closing kitchen. The dressy-casual atmosphere is tailor-made for the young office denizens who'll be shedding their ties and heading here for happy hour. Ah, just another way to get that rocky-mountain high.

Great drink specials ew pizza

This place was ok at best. In the summer I would not recommend it, there are a million better places to go in Pittsburgh with an outdoor patio!!! The $2 drink specials were a good price, but the pizza was seriously not good. I'm not sure about the other food. It took forever for the pizza to arrive. Waitress was nice. I went around 9:30pm on a Sat. There were lots of people btw 21-30... loud music as well. Overall, I was not impressed. It was a typical place to go where people pay a cover and get drunk.

I enjoyed the Buckhead saloon. There were 2 things I did not like though. First off i showed up in a redskins jersey and they would not let me in that was bs. What kind of city do we live in where a bar makes you only where the steelers or the pirates jersey. Number 2 they call this a huge city bar what kind of bar does not carry IC Light. It is is a friggin Pittsburgh beer.
