On nice days, delightful aromas from the kitchen draw customers in. Dining in a courtyard, surrounded by vine-covered brick walls and weathered stone art work with a romantic old-world flair, charms most customers back outside. As you head for the courtyard, you pass a long row of wine bottles; there's no wine list, since it's BYOB, but the bottles are left and signed by satisfied customers. The lunch menu, priced under $10, features a soup du jour (of course), sandwiches such as herb-roasted chicken breast or roasted eggplant, and salads. The dinner menu has entrees like roasted cornish game hen or lamb rilletes-filled crepes.
