Ever had a sopapilla? Not sure? Check the glossary on the back of their menu (a fried flour tortilla with honey, butter and cinnamon), a resource that helps you navigate the many choices. You can stick to the burritos and enchiladas, but the glossary might tempt you toward a few new tastes. Some especialidades, for example, include chili Colorado (beef tips with red sauce); mole ranchero (spiced brown sauce with shredded chicken); and chiles poblanos (two poblano peppers stuffed with white Mexican cheese, topped with egg white and ranchero sauce).
