Alexanders Pasta Express   

I eat out often, with Italian my preferred cuisine. There are more pretentious places in town, places you can overspend for fair food and mediocre service, but not here. This place is all about the food and serving you right. Prices are great, food superb. I've never once had a bad meal here in the dozen times or so I patronized the place. I recommend it to clients and have had every one of them tell me I was right on the money in recommending it.

What a joint! I have been to Alexander's many times and the food "wow's" me every time. Whether we stop in for dinner with other couples, or meet up with friends for martini's and appetizers, Alexander's has a "buzz" about it! The pasta is fabulous, the chicken dishes are great, and we have even tried some mouth watering lamb specials that blew us away. I highly recommend this casual restaurant to people of all ages and tastes. We even went to a wedding rehearsal dinner there and the banquet room was amazing, as well as the food and service. Alexander's rates 5 stars with us, and we look forward to our next visit to Bloomfield.

IF I were Italian my NaNa would cook just like this,I know it. They make a special steak that is wonderful and for desert try the chocolate decadance. Favorite birthday treat. Alexander's is a well appointed and friendly. Casual dress is recommended. Friendly service with a smile and a wink Two people can eat for less than $30.00 not including tip. I won't mortgage my house for a meal. How much I spent on a dinner depends on the occassion. Anything ethnic, spicy and hard-to-identify
