outdoor dining????

We went to Lot 17 based on the #7 ranking in 'Best Outdoor Dining' category on this web site only to discover that 'outdoor dining' consisted of two tables on a poorly maintained sidewalk. Maybe for AOL, Lot 17, and Pittsburgh this counts as 'outdoor dining' but DON'T GO TO LOT 17 EXPECTING A DECENT PLACE TO EAT OUTSIDE.
