The glory of Pittsburgh's waterfront is that it can change so completely, so quickly. One moment you're standing on a colossal stretch of newly paved parking lot, lost in a sea of chain department stores; the next, you're being seated in a beautiful stained-wood room with small, softly glowing lamps and an oceanic scent wafting through the air. Welcome to Mitchell's Fish Market, one of the finest dining establishments in Homestead and an ornate tribute to the Cape Cod experience. Mitchell's kitchen serves up Atlantic cod, mahi-mahi, troll salmon, and hot 'n' sour swordfish, among many other dishes. Importing its catches by air each day, Mitchell's claims to have the largest selection of seafood in Pittsburgh -- more than 80 fishy delights, to be specific. So, don't let the big-box retailers scare you off; head to the waterfront and see where the tide takes you.

I'd rather eat art Red Lobster. More for your money and equal quality. Food at Mitchells homestead is edible, but not worth it. The Mitchells in the Galleria is much better. Probably because they feed a more discerning clientell.

I frequent Mitchell's and have NEVER been disappointed! The food and service is always exceptional! If you don't know what to order, go for the Ginger-Wasabi Crusted Salmon, it is by far my favorite dish! And should you have room for dessert, the Carrot Cake is not only massive, but to die for!
