Brewpubs may come in six-packs around these parts, but that didn't stop some upstarts from Boulder, Colorado from imposing their out-of-town ways smack in the middle of downtown Portland. Their success may be a testament to the Rose City's ability to accept strangers, but more likely, the Coloradans knew what they were doing. There is something for nearly everyone here. Beer drinkers can play pool upstairs, hungry diner cans chow down in the dining area. The menu offers sandwiches, burgers, ribs and such heart-stopping entres as tenderloin stuffed with garlic served with a Jack Daniels and Gorgonzola sauce.
