Gudmestad Yoga Studio   

I have taken yoga classes at Gudmestad studio for over four years and can't recommend them highly enough. Nearly all the instructors are physical therapists and all are expertly trained. Julie Gudmestad teaches classes all over the world and brings the same high level of professionalism and expertise to her studio. There are several levels of classes and you are guided to the appropriate level for your experience and physical ability. I have taken classes from nearly all of the instructors and can recommend all of them. I have participated in many different sports and exercise forms in my life and this is the best thing I have ever done for my overall health and well-being. I can’t imagine a better yoga studio in the Portland area.
