In ShortThis space allows regulars to choose their dining milieu. One side offers a cozy, understated atmosphere, while the other section provides a romantic setting with gothic, arched doorways and a vaulted stained-glass ceiling. Northwest cuisine dominates the menu with dishes such as the Gorgonzola filet mignon atop whipped potatoes and smoked-salmon fettuccine in basil-pesto sauce. The pork and grilled halibut are popular among the low-carb set. But dessert lovers save room for the bread pudding.

Turkey talk
By LincolnDem on 11/18/2008
If you ever have a craving for turkey, Huber's is the place to go. The aroma of roasting turkey fills not only the entire restaurant but the entire building. Imagine having to work in a turkey laden atmosphere! Anyhow, I've never had a bad meal at Huber's. In any case, I have no idea why this place is in a Chinese restaurant category.

Old Fashion Blue Plate Food
By Chefsargentroger on 10/29/2008
Their isn't anything fancy here, just wonderful food done right. I have been here sereral times and each time the meal was prepard to very high standards. This restaurant has stood the test of time for over 130 years!! . If it's your first time to go their, try the !/2 and 1/2 turkey and ham with all the fixiings. The wine list is not over priced and has a good selection. Don"t go away with out having a Spainish Coffee.

Greek salad disaster
By semiochem on 12/04/2004
Had lunch at Hubers yesterday. Unfortunately I ordered the Greek Salad which was completely appalling. No resemblance to a Greek Salad at all - cardboard canned olives instead of Kalamata olives, some kind of honey/mustard dressing, instead of oil/spice/vinegar, lots of lettuce and almost no tomatoes. I pointed this out to the waiter and he agreed 100% - said it was very americanized. However, service was excellent, and ambiance is pleasant. Good beer on tap. Chef must seek retraining.
