Walmart   

This must be one of the worst stores in Portland to shop at. Most of the time it looks like everything is just shoved on the shelfes, it seems due to the neighborhood its in attracts the rudest of people and Walmart has taken the time to spend money on a security person or persons but when I have attempted to shop there who ever security is does absolutly nothing to stop people from parking in isles blocking traffic, as well as the front of the store where it is clearly marked not to park. Many times I have seen the security person just sitting in his truck watching, doing nothing to prevent or corrrecting the illegal parking problems. Today I once again attempted to shop at the store at 82nd and powell and left due to the joke it is to drive around and find a parking spot, oh yes, and the carts, the employess, do they ever go out and clean the lot of the carts or do they what for the customers to dring them in. Very poor store!
