best horchata! Great steak chimichangas. And its always made so quickly. its my favorite.

We love their "Natchito's" a vegetarian version of their Nachos. Nice Happy Hour too!

My family and I were walking around the streets of Portland last year duing our summer family vacation looking for a new place to eat lunch. We had been eating at lots of sit down restaurants and wanted something quick and inexpensive. We love Mexican food and when we spotted Cha Cha Cha we all agreed that it would be a good place to try. We kept walking around reading menus and decided to go back to Cha Cha Cha for lunch. We were NOT disappointed. Don't judge this place by it's atmosphere since it is small and has very few tables. The service was excellent and the food was authentic, delicious and inexpensive. Everything was pefect for us and we plan to come back to Cha Cha Cha everytime we visit Portland. We also talked to group of local guys that sat next to us (one of them was getting married). We were having such a great time we decided that we would all meet back at Cha Cha Cha in 10 years! We highly recommend this restuarant.
