Cheerful Tortoise   

The ancient rivalry between Ducks and Beavers plays out here every year, with enough TV screens to spare for every other sporting event, major or minor, that you can possibly imagine. Divided up into a series of smallish rooms, the interior of the Tortoise often resembles a college house party, jam packed with coeds clutching plastic cups of cheap beer. The food is classic bar grubfrench fries, burgers, nachossupplemented by red-eye greasy spoon breakfast specials. A word of warning to old-timers (that is, anyone over twenty five.) This is a place for rooting and cheering your team to victory, loudly. High fives and even the occasional belly bump are the order of the day.
