Pho Oregon Restaurant   

The second location of one of the city's more established noodle houses, Pho Oregon is considered among pho fans as the go-to place for some of the best Vietnamese-style soup in Portland. While the bright, cheery decor is a huge improvement over the downtrodden original, the menu remains essentially the same. Beyond pho, you won't find salads, claypots or many other traditional dishes, but there is a small selection of egg and salad rolls and a handful of meat and rice combinations. But with 22 combos of pho available, including pho ga (chicken), bahn pho (noodles and broth), banh mi bo kho (beef stew) and pho tai (raw beef), who needs anything else? A condiment tray on each table holds small saucers for mixing hoisin and Sriracha, everything you need to punch up the heat quotient.
