The name translates to "why not," and about the only reason to avoid this hot spot is if you're looking for an extensive menu of Mexican dishes. The "why" quotient is easily answered: locally sourced meats and produce end up in tacos and flautas that sing with freshness. Best of all, the authentic tasting tortillas are handmade. The menu is limited. Essential items include mixed green salad, shrimp and fish ceviche, tasty fish, meat or veggie tacos and flautas. Top picks include the carnitas taco with tender pork, the Por Que Ting with shredded beef taco and a carne asada taco topped with grilled onions, cilantro and salsa.
