Superb
The most beautiful view in Portland. The food is always great.
Big Bucks!
It's appropriate this restaurant is in a bank building...you'll need to raid the vault to come up with the cash needed to dine here. Food and service are all first class but you pay for it. Cheapest wine by the glass was spendy at $3.50 a pour. But the food is fantastic as is the view from almost every table. The bar's much cheaper especially during happy hour if you can get a seat. A good place to impress out of town clients or future in-laws but not for the faint of wallet.
The Best
I have been to the restaurant three times and it has been great all three times. Great service and the happy hour is the best.
