If you're staying in Providence on business, Dave's is a hometown sports bar away from home. A stone's throw from the airport and its constellation of hotels, this 20-television watering hole is popular among the two-suiter set and locals alike. The grill offers plenty of food priced to make you thirsty, from burgers to Buffalo wings to baby back ribs and fish and chips. Dave is especially proud of his Philly-style steak sandwich. The drink menu includes beer, beer and beer -- plus mixed drinks and a list of California and Italian wines. If you don't see your hometown team on a tube near you, ask the staff to tune it in via their satellite link. Pool tables, video games and foosball provide a little recreation for tag-along kids.
