From Thursday through Saturday, Club Hell (beneath Jerky's Bar) serves up a fairly solid if standard mix of house and techno dance music. Probably its main claim to fame, however, is the Sunday goth night event known as ''Communion.'' For this, Club Hell seems to hold a pretty decent reputation among New England's tightly knit goth community. Hell's answering machine message encourages one and all to ''come in black and have a good time.'' People seem inclined to do just that, amply aided by strong drinks at reasonable prices and a good mix of gothic and industrial music.
