Great Experience
Great hotel! Wonderful staff especially Lorna the Asst. Front Office Manager. The restaurant, the Black Swan, the interior can be done a little better but the service was great! The N.Y. Sirloin is GREAT and so is the black forest cake! The hostess Esther was extremely hospitable and made me feel welcome. Will come again! Thank you!
