Longbranch Saloon   

Billed as North Carolina's oldest running nightclub, Longbranch has been showcasing Nashville's finest -- as well as new talent -- for more than two decades. Attracting such big-name acts as Confederate Railroad and Chris Cagle, this entertainment complex houses four clubs under one roof. The Saloon rounds up country music, the Retro Room transports you to the '70s, Club Extremes spins Top 40 club hits, and the Swing Room lets you jitterbug away the night. All four areas have bars, pool tables and dance floors. If you don't know how to dance, they'll teach you -- lesson nights offer anything from the Watermelon Crawl and Peek-a-Boo to the Bocephus and Southern Schottie.
