Pier 1 Imports   

On March 24, 2009, a friend and I were shopping at Pier 1, Store #1536. The Assistant Store Manager, Barbara, provided excellent customer service to us. She helped us find particular items, got some off high shelves and in the storage area of the store. She was very helpful, patient, and accommodating. She also was well informed about the specific items and store inventory we inquired about. SHe also handled a returned item well without a receipt. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and we would both shp at this store again.
