Amazing!

I've been to Solas several times after work for drinks with friends and my fiance and I went there for dinner one as well. Each time, the service is excellent, the food is amazing and the drinks are good too! The ambiance there is one of a kind in Raleigh and the rooftop lounge is too fun! The duck quesadilla is the best by far!

New Dining Standard

Solas has really raised the bar for Raleigh as far as fine dining and night life are concerned. Everything about this place oozes class. I had an 8:00 reservation on Saturday evening. My car was quickly valeted and my wife and I were immediately seated by very polite hostess. Not more than a minute later we were greeted by our server, who was very knowledgeable about the menu and wine as well. The wine list was great. We ordered a couple of the specialty drinks while we tried to decide on wine for dinner. The specialty drinks were very tasty, I recommend the mojito. We ordered small plates to start which were very unique and extremely flavorful. Our main course came and the food looked, smelled, and tasted amazing! We finished our meal by sharing a desert (the bread pudding--out of this world). After dinner we went upstairs to check out the second floor lounge, which was very sleek. The rooftop bar was very impressive. We sat and had a couple more drinks on the roof and enjoyed the weather. I highly recommend Solas to anyone who is looking for a great dining and/or nightlife experience. You can't go wrong with this place.

I brought a group of potential clients here for dinner and was very impressed. I was a little worried that the dinner was more impressive than my presentation, but I made the sale and those are hard to come by these days. I will be bring all of my clients here from now on. Thank you

Checked out Solas under the recommendations of many friends of mine, and wow! Took my wife there for her anniversary and we were both blown away. The server recommended a stellar wine to go with our Foie Gras and Veal Ribeyes. We will be back! Thanks!
