Great food, poor service

Our group of ten was quoted an hour wait. It was more like 1and 1/2 -1hour and 45 minutes. That was fine, it was busy. Anyway, to make a long story short, we never received our 4 apps. Four dinners were delivered before she said, " Sorry ladies, I forgot to order your apps." Then she ran off. She returned 5 minutes later with 4 more dinners. The she said, " Sorry, I forgot to order the other 2 girls Sushi dinners". She then had someone deliver our 4 apps, which with our dinner plates and glasses, overwhelmed the table. The last two finally got their meals, and everything was delicious. We were ready to leave, and she passed out the tabs. All the apps were on the tabs. Nothing was even half-priced. When we questioned her, she said " Well, you ate them". We asked for the manager. My friend went outside to talk to him. He had the same attitude of the waitress. He said that he was aware that she had forgotten our orders twice. He finally said that we could have some free apps when we came in next time. Why would we come in again? Five of us are in the restaurant business. We have waited tables and bartended. We have husbands that are partners in restaurants, and some of us work in the office. We overtip at all times, except this one. We had our tabs eighteen percented. I never tip that low, but she didn't deserve that. I guess Sushi Blues felt like they had enough business, and they didn't need to keep ours.

i agree with bb7827...my table of 4 was actually asked to leave by the manager one night because he needed the seats!! we were only there a total of 45 minutes..take youe time eating! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

Rude Staff/ Ambivalent Management

The sushi was OK. Not what I ordered, but OK. The waiter was rude and wanted to argue. The management couldn't have cared less. Go to Tokyo House or Kanki. At least there the customer is always right.
