there is one associate named shaun that goes all out of his way to help a customer in any way he can

There is a customer service associate named Traci, who in my opinion, is one of the most non professional people I have ever dealt with. I had the displeasure of dealing with her for 2 consecutive days. She did not greet me and handled my transaction without any warmth. She gave me my refund and said nothing afterwards. Not to mention, she really should not "pop" her gum while waiting on customers. Because of her attitude, I will no longer patronize this Walmart and as a customer service manager myself, I will encourage my customers to do the same.
