Our Take A renovated warehouse space complete with bar and second-floor outdoor mezzanine serve as the backdrop for inventive American cuisine with a focus on local produce and seafood from North Carolina waters. This means dishes like pan-fried North Carolina trout, Carolina Gulf Stream Wahoo, Carolina farm-raised catfish and Lindley Mills (Graham, NC) grits. Lunch and dinner also offers soups, large salads, pastas, steaks and chops.

Fantastic

This place is wonderful. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting despite the crowd it is easy to have a conversation. The food is outstanding. The ingredients are fresh and prepared perfectly with very reasonable portions (this does not mean skimpy). 18 Seaboard is loaded with nuances of fine dinning although it is a semi-casual and reasonably priced restaurant. Epicures take note, it is not one to disappoint. Great Chef, great food, great service, and a fantastic atmosphere.
