There aren't many places offering an extensive breakfast menu all day long. As a small chain with just four Triangle locations, Brigs dishes up a relaxed family setting. Eggs take center stage here and they're served every way you can possibly imagine -- eggceptional items include the Alaskan omelet (blue crab, shrimp and cream cheese, topped with Hollandaise sauce), Florentine Benedict with creamed spinach and feta cheese, and the Arizona scramble with jalapenos and green chili peppers. Brigs is ambitious, with a promise to create a new omelet every week, a new Benedict every month and often offering new pancake flavors, salads or sandwiches for you to enjoy for a week or two. No matter what you get, be prepared for a ton of it. But, hey, breakfast is supposed to be the biggest meal of the day.

Brigs is the absolute best place in around to get breakfast. I frequent the one in Cary. The food is fresh and delicious.
