Once the place to be for vegetarian cuisine, Irregardless Cafe has branched out to include dishes even meat-eaters will enjoy. A funky, laid-back interior greets you, and an ever-changing menu of fresh entrees is sure to catch your eye. From black bean cakes with tomato jam to grilled quail with roasted garlic vinaigrette, chef Arthur Gordon goes out of his way to infuse fresh flavor in every dish. Sunday brunch at Irregardless is a Raleigh tradition. Menu offerings run the gamut from strictly breakfast fare to heavier entrees like the New Mexican enchilada, or grilled salmon with citrus hollandaise sauce.
