Second Empire Restaurant   

I live near raleigh and come to find out my next door nieghboor works at this restraunt. I was Blown away at how good the food was when I went there Three years ago. Ever one or two months i make sure to go back to second empire. The service is always good and the Pulled Chicken Pasta dish on the tavern menue is yummy in my tummy. The service there is a bit slow, that is becaue they are working hard to give you the best cooked food and makeing sure behind the scenes that the food is awsome for you. I have never had a bad waiter there or bad food. I suggest this place for nice dates and maybe honeymoons.

Food was ok; service was so slow I had to get my own drink from the bar. The only time I seen the waitress smile was when it was tip time. Apparently she didn't like the 2 dollar tip I gave her for the 10 cent sevice she gave me, so she added her own tip on my credit card. Once I got my credit card bill and called about the tip the manager asked if I didn't write it myself. Yes service hit a big low here. Lucky for me I kept my receipt. Whatever happen to vustomer first; definitely not here.
