Buz's Crab Stand   

Many patrons many not realize this, but Buz's crab isn't what it's "crabbed" up to be. The food is over priced, not to mention not very good. The restaurant itself is in desperated need of cleaning and sanitation. I have worked in restaurants for over 14 years. This restaurant needs to be remodeled. There is a bad odor that you can smell as soon as you drive up, and it's not just the smell of the seafood. Although, it does have potential it needs much attention and change before I would ever go and try it again. Signed, Unsatisfied Patron

My husband and I went to Buz's just last week. I will have to say that we got sick. The food was awful. We were up all night. I will never go back to the restaurant. I do, however, buy fish there and prepare it at home.

I agree with my wife. Buz's Crab Restaurant is off our list of taking relatives for the July 4th weekend. Does have a creative nautical atmosphere, but, that doesn't make up for greasy food or the arrogance of it's manager always at the cash register. Maybe a new manager and fresher seafood would encourage customers to return. We won't til then.

As a doctor in Redding, I have treated numerous individuals for food poisoning after eating at this restaurant and have informed the Health Dept to investigate this accordingly.
