Atlantis Casino Resort   

I made reservations to this hotel thinking it was a reputable hotel. What I found out is that there is a "motel" like building next to the hotel and that's where my room was. The hotel uses deceiving advertisements to lure people in, and then placed them on their "parking lot building". The service at the front desk was horrible, and is not a place I would recommend.

I love the ambiance of this hotel. I arrived on a Tuesday afternoon at 3:30pm and was a little disappointed to find out that my room was not ready. I was told that they had no idea when the room would be ready. Needless to say, I didn't get a chance to get a key to my reserved room until right before 6:00pm. The stay was great. However, when I did the express checkout I found two days later that my card was charged $100 more than it was supposed to be charged. Overall-ambiance, decor, are great but checkin and checkout experience is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Do I give them another try are stay away?

The place was clean.. The room was nice... $3 single deck blackjack.... What more do you need? The dealers and the pit bosses were great too. I have to travel to Reno frequently for business, and I'm making the Atlantis my first choice to stay.
