Chef Ming and his staff do an outstanding job. I would suggest this restaurant to anyone. I have lived in Reno for 21 years and have always liked
the dinners and brunch at Rapscallion.

Excellent seafood and service. This is where we take our out of towner friends- all the locals know it is THE BEST!
the food was expensive
the service was not good and out of four of us dining,my meal was the only one worth eating.We were not asked why we didn't eat and our bill was about 135.00
