It's noisy, crowded and very popular. The key to this is the kitchen's mix of some Mexican and mostly American flavors in dishes such as the special rosemary-garlic leg of lamb or the grilled sea bass with an orange-pineapple relish. Ask about daily specials, make your selection, then plan to save room for one of their desserts, like the carrot cake, cheesecake, or lemon-lime pie.

Good But...
The food here is good. They have imaginative specials, but it is expensive for what you get.

A great first date joint! Always orginal entrees you won't find at all the other restaurants. Nice to sit at the bar to watch sports or at more intimate booths or tables in the enclosed deck.

good solid food- I had the Tavern Burrito and that thing was HUGE. but very tasty. I ate at the bar and the bartender ( cabel? ) was very welcoming and pretty funny- always there when we needed water or another drink, etc. I would definitely recommend it.
