This client came into the salon wanting to use an expired gift certificate and redeem it for cash. Now what business would allow that? Some people will try anything. And some people are impossible to deal with.

This salon is a professional salon with seasoned hair dressers that have been in the business long enough to recognize a person trying to get something for nothing. As far as the gift certificate or coupon, that was a marketing tool, and isnt it funny that only one person received a $50.00 gift certificate and all the other mailers got $15.00. I hate when people misuse websites like this for their own twisted selves. This why it is hard to do nice things for people. The hairdresser that gave you that service gave you an hour of her time which she should make $70.00/hour, so if you get an hour for $42.00, what a bargain. The other plus is that you received a quality haircut. Maybe you should try a lesser quality place and you will appreciate the haircut you got.

first of all those cetificates were not 50.00. they were only 15.00 so you have no idea what you are talking about!!!!! I BOUGHGT ONE AND USED IT BEFORE IT EXPIRED!!!! THE LADY BELOW HERS WAS EXPIRED AND ON TOP OF THAT DIDN'T EVEN HAVE IT WHEN SHE CAME TO GET THE SERVICE IF YOU WOULD READ YOU WOULD HAVE SEEN THAT .SO DO YOU GO TO THE DOCTORWITH OUT PAYING FOR YOUR SERVICE NOT HARDLY!!!! ALSO SHE OFFERED TO LET HER GET ANOTHER HAIRCUT WITH IT !!!!!!!! SO I THINK SHE WAS BEING PRETTY GENEROUS CONSIDERING IT WAS EXPIRED!!!!! PESONALLY I THINK THIS IS TERRIBLE FOR SOMEONE THAT WANTS SOMETHING FOR NOTHING AS I SAID BEFORE NO ONE PAID 98.00 FOR ANYTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 42.00 IS NOT BAD FOR A HAIRCUT AND BANG TRIM AND A BOYS CUT!!!!!!! ON TOP OF THAT ANOTHER HAIRCUT FOR A GIFT CERTICATE THAT WAS EXPIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me shout as well about my feelings regarding this salon. WHEN YOU SELL A $50 GIFT CERTIFICATE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO HONOR IT. IT IS AS SIMPLE AS THAT. THERE WAS NO NEED TO MAKE UP STORIES ABOUT A CUSTOMER BEING LESS THAN HONEST. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS. I DO UNDERSTAND YOU HAVE LONG STANDING CUSTOMERS WHO ARE TREATED MUCH NICER & WHO ARE PERSONAL FRIENDS BUT LET ME TELL YOU THERE IS NO WAY YOU WILL BUILD YOUR CLIENTELE WITH THIS ATTITUDE TOWARD POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMERS. THE FACT THAT THE OWNER DOESN'T CARE SAYS IT ALL ABOUT THE OPERATING PROCEDURES AT THIS SALON.
