In this humble restaurant is made the best Chinese food in Rochester. My son, who lives in NYC, still goes to Ming's whenever he is visiting and tells me that it is better than any restaurant in Chinatown. I agree. I've lived in NYC, SanFrancisco, and Washington, D.C. You cannot beat Ming's

Comming from NYC I have experienced some of the best. Ming is a wonderful find. The food is great and inexpensive. A taste of Chinatown in Rochester.
