Back Door Lounge   

I recently moved back to Sac. . I visited the back door in 2004 with a lady friend. We are both black. The drinks were great. I was introduced to a nice gentleman they called the mayor. We wanted apetizers and he recommended us to the ship. We were treated with respect at both places. I hope the mayor is doing well. I haven't been back since I returned to Sac. I will return as soon as I can. Take care and keep up the great job at the back door. Peace.

Back Door is truly a gem and not a place for loud, obnoxious, and demanding yuppies with no home training. I've frequented the Back Door since my early twenties, I am currently 44, and African American always showing a respectful display of behavior. I have never received negative treatment at the Back Door from Nick or anyone else. Want an excellent drink and/or late night personal pizza, or to simply have an "old school" experience, hit the Back Door!
