When you think of fast food, Japanese probably isn't the first thing that jumps to mind. But this little sushi joint makes it a pretty popular option for Salt Lake diners on the go. But don't think fast means skimping on flavor. At this takeout spot, the miso soup is made from scratch and the teriyaki is the result of a traditional recipe (a blessing since that means using much less sugar than the typical, American rendition). In addition to a wide range of sushi, the menu features vegetarian and meat udon dishes, pot stickers, soups and a handy bento lunch box for the working crowd.

Try it you'll go back for more
I drive from Draper to eat at Koko's and it is worth evry bit of time it takes me to make the trip. Draper doesn't sound that far, but, when you dislike driving on these busy roads it makes a difference.
Please go there you won't be sorry, I can promise you that.
