Salt Lake City and seafood may not seem synonymous but this restaurant manages to meld mountains and sea. The fish of the day is flown in and reflects the catches of the season from around the world. You may find Florida grouper, New Zealand mussels, or Hawaiian tuna. For the carnivore, chicken, steak and chops on the grill should do the trick.

Average at best.

Service can only be considered as slowwwwwww. Chowder probably canned. Salmon prepared well, appropiately seasoned but, served cool. In total, over priced for average fare.

Try the coconut shrimp
By utahn1 on 03/15/2007
I LOVE the coconut shrimp appetizer, and the clam chowder is the same at all the Gastronomy restaurants so is highly recommended. I've never had a bad meal here, but the service is sometimes a bit slow.

Food good - Parking a nightmar
By poh12 on 02/20/2007
Went to Market Street in SLC on Saturday 2/17. Arrived at 5:35 p.m. and waited 65 minutes to be seated. We parked in the private lot across the street. The sign noted parking was $3 but in trying to pay the machine required $4. We arrived back to our car at 7:35 p.m. to find a $25 parking violation placed on our windshield for being longer than two hours. After spending over $70 for two meals and a $29 parking fee, I don't think I'll be returning to Market Street in the future. poh12@aol.com
