The modern, minimalist dcor may make you feel like you're dining in a fine art museum. From the Riedel crystal to the elaborate plating, Chef Jonathan Perno brings the dining experience to an artistic level. His specialties are game and meat dishes with intensely rich reductions. Other options on the monthly changing menu may include a salad of duck confit and wild salmon with basil pistou as well as an impressive five- to ten- course chef's menu that changes nightly.

Not what it's cracked up to be
The restaurant offers a nice intimate ambiance and the food is adequate but it is certainly not deserving of it's reputation. The prices are high and the the quantities are small. I do not mind paying top dollar for a great meal but the food here is ordinary by any other city's standards. It certainly does not deserve it's reputation in my opinion.

This is an amazing restaurante. I would have to say the absolute best dining in the whole Salt Lake City area. This restaurante is great place to celebrate a special event with a loved one.
