The SceneDiners are greeted by a wall of awards, each of which is well-deserved. The decor is fresh and hip (check out the hypnotic, colorful abstract images projected on the walls), and the angle of the tables makes the most of the smallish dining room. The waitstaff moves with seemingly choreographed grace.The FoodThe menu changes with the seasons, but just about anything that comes out of the open kitchen is worth savoring. Start with either Caesar salad--a huge chunk of romaine wrapped in a Parmesan tuile and drizzled with classic dressing--or Mizuna salad, a tangy-smoky melody of arugula, apples and thick bacon. The grouper in a delicate roasted garlic and lemon cream sauce, and the black bass sauteed with tomatoes and artichoke hearts, will satisfy any fish-fiend's appetite, while meat lovers should try the rich, tender Utah elk, gently seared and served with cherry-sage butter.
