Sit back with a brew and trade tales of the days close calls and near-death experiences. While you were busy face-planting all over the park, the brewery was plugging away -- cracking barley, filtering mash, testing and tasting. Its a lot of hard work, and it shows in the results. The Dead Horse Ale, named after the areas natural corral where horses were left to die of thirst, is a popular copper-colored amber. The Black Raven Stout, as black as its name suggests, is made with oatmeal for a deliciously creamy taste.The food menu is one of the most extensive in Moab. Among the selections are steaks, prime rib, vegetarian choices and a bevy of fish dishes, including mahi-mahi, tuna steaks and a salmon dish that's prepared differently every night.
