Whether you grew up in the '70s or '80s, or if you just want to shake it in the middle of downtown, Polly Esther's is a prime spot for partygoers on the River Walk. Boasting three levels of dance floors, Polly Esther's features '70s disco on the second level, the Culture Club ('80s retro) on the third floor and Expo ('90s, techno, top 40 and industrial) on the fifth level. The first level consists of a restaurant, which serves meals for part of the evening. Usually packed with scantily clad and stylish people, Polly Esther's serves as a popular local pickup joint.
