Acenar's postmodern curvy decor extends into the restaurant's cool bar Atomar where the saturated citrus colors spill right into the drinks, like the watermelon mojitos and margaritas. Despite the establishment's obvious pizzazz the place is more down-to-earth than you might think, and you won't find a better riverfront view than on their Afuera patio. Downtown tourists and sentimentalists linger stylishly -- whether they've noshed downstairs or not because the lounge is just so hip. Wind down here on Thursday afternoons when happy hour is paired with a complimentary appetizer buffet. The bar stays open after hours on weekends, and the resident DJ spins international sounds on Saturday nights.
